Provider (or its Webspace provider) collects data about every access to Offer (in server log
files). The access data include: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of the data
retrieval, data volume transferred, notification of the retrieval, browser type and version,
user’s operating system, referrer URL (the site visited previously), IP address and requesting

When contacting Provider (for example using a contact form or e-mail), the user’s information is
stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case further inquiries follow.

processing of your personal data, in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract,

With the newsletter we inform you about us and our offerings. If you wish to receive the
newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address from you as well as information that enable us to
confirm that you are the owner of the stated e-mail address, or that its owner consents to
receiving the newsletter. These data are only used for sending the newsletter and are not passed
on to third parties.
We record the registration for the newsletter electronically, storing in particular the date of
the registration. This storing of data also serves as proof in the event that a third party
